D-Link DHP-W311AV Overview
The DHP-W311AV PowerLine AV 500 Mini Adapter Starter Kit from D-Link combines PowerLine Networking with Wireless N functionality. This adapter kit includes one PowerLine AV+ Mini Adapter and one PowerLine AV+ Wireless N Mini Network Extender to simplify the process of extending your current Internet connection through existing electrical wiring to create or extend a Wireless N network.
This plug-and-play kit is easy to set up. Simply plug in the PowerLine AV+ Mini Adapter to a power outlet and connect it to your router via the included Ethernet cable. Once the PowerLine AV+ Mini Adapter is connected, plug in the PowerLine AV+ Wireless N Mini Extender to a room in which you want extended wireless network coverage. Once configured you can take advantage of data speeds up to 500 Mbps through a PowerLine connection and Wireless N Speeds up to 300 Mbps.
